Theobromine, a component of cocoa, is more effective than fluoride in restoring and repairing tooth enamel, ultimately eliminating hypersensitivity in just seven days! Theobromine’s powerful restorative tooth enamel properties offer a natural, healthy alternative to fluoride.
We combined our signature NutrireB base with raw cocoa, rich in theobromine, minerals and vitamins. The addition of powerful ingredients amplifies Mighty Cocoa’s cavity prevention properties, namely:
- Raw Cocoa Powder – rich in theobromine, minerals and vitamins
- Liquorice – for cavity prevention and gum protection
- Turmeric– anti-inflammatory and whitening tooth enamel
Olgani Mighty Cocoa Toothpaste can be used as regular toothpaste, twice a day by both adults and children. A blend of essential oils with cocoa aroma and flavour will leave your teeth smooth and mouth fresh.

I used this immediately when it was delivered yesterday. I am SUPER IMPRESSED! I have been using the Olgani evening toothpaste and charcoal toothpaste for 3 months and it has been great, however, as another review said, this toothpaste really is the best of both combined and more! It is way less salty than the others, and feels smoother, has a cocoa and slightly orange smell and feels silky in my mouth. My teeth feel super clean, smooth, and mouth is hydrated. I found my mouth and tongue was a bit dry with the others, but with the mighty cocoa it is just all around great!

Amazing new toothpaste from Olgani. I have been using their evening toothpaste alternated with their charcoal toothpaste for ages, but this really seems to bring the best of both worlds together and is just a pleasure to use! Definitely recommended!

This toothpaste is amazing. Even better than the evening toothpaste which I use regularly. The olgani range is superb. I don’t mind the salty taste, although I find this one less salty than the others.

The taste is pleasant, but I find that it becomes very runny once you’ve started brushing. As a result there is hardly any product left in your mouth by the end of a normal 2-minute brush; there is no way the last quadrant gets the same clean as the first.
No mint taste after brushing, which is good for me.
The product is okay, but benefits are hard, if not impossible, to measure, and my teeth feel no different in terms of cleanliness than they do with any other regular toothpaste.
At R125 for a locally made toothpaste – whatever the ingredients – I think I’ll pass next time.
